My name is Kevin Pollard, known by friends and family as KP for most of my life. I started working in the construction industry 29 years ago at 18 as a helper in a window, door, and sunroom company. Within a year and a half, I became an installer.
From there, I worked for a roofing & siding company for approximately two years before starting my own roofing & siding business. I successfully operated this company for over 15 years before selling it.
For several years, I’ve earned a living in the car sales industry as a used car lot owner, only to be reminded that my passion for cars is only with that of old muscle cars and racecars.
Over the past several years of being away from construction, besides the occasional help provided to friends, family & fellow contractors, I have decided to return to home improvement.
Decks, windows, roofs, and siding that were in desperate need of repair, yet with no one willing to take the job, is where my knowledge & skill take place.
I can confidently say there is very little I haven’t done over the years, from minor home improvements to building houses from the ground up. However, my areas of expertise are roofing, siding, windows, decks, gutters, flooring, and woodwork. I have the skill set to provide a job well done, and I take pride in the transformations I can offer the homeowner!
